• Metadata: Timestamps and message IDs provided by the Meta WhatsApp API.

• Processing material indents and inventory requests.
• Managing employee leave applications and attendance.

• Providing automated responses via our AI-integrated hub.

All data received via WhatsApp is stored securely on our private Odoo ERP server hosted at erp.inventa.in. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp) as part of the standard message delivery process.
