Data Deletion Policy

At Inventa, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to have your WhatsApp communication data removed from our ERP system, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data from our WhatsApp Integration Hub, you can use any of the following methods:

• Via WhatsApp: Send a message with the text "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp business number. Our administrator will review and process the request within 48 hours.
• Via Email: Send an email to admin@inventa.in with the subject line "WhatsApp Data Deletion Request". Please include your phone number used for the integration.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon a valid request, we will remove:

• Your message history in the whatsapp.inbox model.
• Your linked phone number from our WhatsApp configuration logs.
• Note: Business records already created (indents, leaves) are retained for company auditing.
