1. Usage Scope

This integration is intended for authorized Inventa employees and partners only. You agree to use this service solely for legitimate business purposes related to Inventa's operations.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from sending:

Inappropriate, offensive, or harassing language.
Confidential information not related to the specific business request.
Malicious links or files.

3. AI Processing

Our system uses AI to parse and route messages. While we strive for accuracy, users should verify critical entries (like large material indents) within the Odoo ERP dashboard.

4. Termination

Inventa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the WhatsApp integration for any user who violates these terms.
